After only a 1 hour instruction with Jean on the principles of Chi running, and some practice I used that information on my next 5k run. Do you want to learn how to run efficiently and injury free? Do you want to get fit, and have fun in a supportive group? Then this program is for you! This program is for beginners wanting to learn an effective running technique, those who are tired of running injuries, and those interested in getting into an exercise routine in a social environment. The most important part of this experience is being active and having fun! Over the weeks, you’ll gradually build up your fitness, stamina and confidence! All levels welcome.
