This program, coached by Jean Gillis, is for beginners wanting to walk or run their first 5k, or those interested in getting into an exercise routine in a social environment. The most important part of this experience is being active and having fun!
This program includes 2 weekly group trainings that will include a fitness topic, a warm-up, a workout that incorporates a mix of walking and running, and a cool down stretch. Over the weeks, you’ll gradually build up your fitness and stamina.
