This program is for anyone who wants to start running, or who wants to give their running a tune-up. Each week we’ll cover a different aspect of ChiRunning, which is a method that enables you to run more efficiently, and with less injury; therefore more enjoyment! Whether you’re a beginner who wants to build from walk to run, or you want to increase your endurance to be able to run 3-5 miles, this class is for you! The most important part of this experience is being active and having fun! This program includes 2 weekly group trainings that will include a ChiRunning topic, a warm-up, a workout that incorporates a mix of walking and running, and a cool down stretch. Over the weeks, you’ll gradually build up your fitness and stamina.
