A couple of weeks ago I had the opportunity to do a private ChiRunning lesson with Paula. She contacted me saying that she is 71 years old, exercises 5x per week and has started doing slow jogging. She has run/walk a couple of 5ks with her daughter. She said she wants to maintain her current good health into her 90’s, and she felt that ChiRunning could protect joints and reduce chance of injury. We had a great lesson together, and at the end she was asking how fast this technique could help her go! I wanted to share Paula’s story, because I admire her enthusiasm for staying fit, and healthy, and her young at heart mindset. I’m excited to see where ChiRunning takes her.
