Do you want to run, but you’re afraid of injury? Do you want to be active, but need a little motivation? Do you want to get fit, and have fun in a supportive group? Then this program is for you! This program is for beginners wanting to walk or run their first 5k, or those interested in getting into an exercise routine in a social environment. The most important part of this experience is being active and having fun! Over the weeks, you’ll gradually build up your fitness, stamina and confidence! All levels welcome. Morning Class – 7am-8am, Tuesdays, April 17 – May 22 (meets 1 time per week)
Cost: $72 Registration
Evening Classes – 5:30p-6:30p, Mondays & Wednesdays, April 16 – May 30 (Meets 2 times per week. No class 4/23, 5/28)
Cost: $144 Registration
